Order Processing

All orders are processed after full payment is received. Since we operate on a prepaid basis, orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Shipping Timeframe

Our standard shipping time is 3–4 weeks from the date the drop closes. 

This timeframe includes:

  • Order processing

  • Handling and packaging

  • Transit time to your destination

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email or SMS. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
